A line of subheading text The property for sale includes: the main living accommodation a separate self-contained barn a stone agricultural barn gardens and 23 acres of wildlife The main living accommodation is a stone built with slate roof former estate worker’s farmhouse. The farmhouse used to be part of the Llwynmadoc Estate, but was sold to its tenants in 1950 to pay death duties. The self-contained renovated ‘barn’ was the original long house, where animals lived at one end, and I have dated back to the 1830s so far.  It is also stone built. The renovation links the barn to the house by the addition of a new room. An old conservatory with a plastic roof was replaced with a stone and slate veranda which leads into ‘the link’. The property does need re-decoration and some updating. There is great potential for extending and re-organising the current rooms. Private Nature Reserve © 2018 Nature on your doorstep
